Our College Admission
1. Admission to different classes are done through e-Admission. 
    Admission cannot be claimed as a matter of right. Admission can be
    refused without assigning any reason whatsoever.
2. Each application form for admission costs accordingly fixed by the D.H.E.       Odisha through e-Admission.
3. Selected applicants shall be intimated by post regarding admission. They will forfeit such claim if not responded as per the intimation for admission.
4. Selection of honours shall be made on the basis of 40% marks in the subject concern and 40% of the total marks in +2 exam.
5. There is no provision of readmission for a student in +3 classes who fails in any University examination.
6. A student once admitted to this institution can transfer himself to other institution of his interest without the permission of the Council/ Univer sity during the period of admission if that institution offers the same subject. However in the mid of the academic session one can transfer only with the prior permission of the Council/ University in a prescribed form.
7. The process of admission in to +2 classes completes within 6 weeks after the publication of HSC results. Two weeks extension can be made subject to the approval of CHSE.
8. Process of +3 admission completes within 4 weeks after the publication of +2 results. Two weeks extension can be made with a late fee payable to S.U.
9. Reservation of seats, 8% for S.C., 12% for S.T. Caste certificate should be produced at the time of admission. Caste certificate xerox copy should be attached to the application form for admission. 3% for P.H. applicants 2% for Burma repatriates 1% for the children of Ex-servicemen.
10. Weightage during selection for admission:-
(i) NCC ‘A’ certificate holder-5% of marks over and above the total marks.
(ii) All Indian NCC camps attended candidates 5% of marks over and above the total marks.
(iv) Scouts /guides certificates holder signed by President of India- 10% of marks over & above the total marks.
(v) International level sports /games applicants direct admission. State level-5% of marks over & above the total. National level 10% of marks over & above the total.
(vi) Women applicants opting for a subject in which teaching
faculty is not available in the local women’s college shall be given 5% of marks over & above the total.
(C) Attendance
Students should have secured 75% of the attendance in the general, practical classes in order to be eligible for Council or University examinations. The same attendance is also required to be promoted from 1st year to 2nd year classes. Condonation may be granted to the extent of 15% on medical grounds.
